My credit card was not approved, why?
Your credit card may not be confirmed during your order for different reasons.
1. Insufficient instant usable limit of your credit card,
2. Entering your card number, security code or expiry date incorrectly,
3. The expiration date of your card has passed,
4. If the card you use is an additional card, it has been canceled by the main card holder,
5. Temporary connection problems during the approval process,
6. You try to reuse a card that you reported lost,
You need to contact your bank to get support for your credit card approval problems.
I gave up after confirming my order, how can I cancel it?
To cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please send an e-mail to "boccalidesign@gmail.com" with your order number and cancellation request. We would be very happy if you could briefly explain the reason for the cancellation in your e-mail.
What is a Customer Sales Agreement and why do I have to approve it?
The Customer Sales Agreement has been prepared in order to define and protect customer rights in accordance with the "Law on the Protection of the Consumer" numbered 4822. In accordance with the relevant law, customers who shop online are required to approve this agreement electronically. Pursuant to the relevant law, it is not possible to shop through "boccalidesign.com" without the approval of the Customer Sales Agreement.
My product return has been approved but still no refund?
After the product returns are approved by our relevant unit, the refunds are completed by the finance department within 1 week and you are informed by e-mail.
